2. Equipment Rental

• Fees: Rental fees are due at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Equipment Use

• Responsibility: You are responsible for the equipment from the time of rental until it is returned. You must use the equipment according to provided instructions and safety guidelines.
• Damage: You are liable for any damage to the equipment or loss during the rental period. Charges for repair or replacement will be applied as needed.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payment: Payments for rentals must be made at the time of reservation. We accept various payment methods.
• Refunds: Refunds for rentals are subject to our refund policy, which is available on request.

5. Liability

GlowGear is not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage resulting from the use of rented equipment, except as required by law. Renters use equipment at their own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our rental services if you violate this Agreement or engage in illegal activities.

7. Changes to the Agreement

We may modify this User Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
